Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending your item back to us.

Conditions

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned.
